1. Workshop Registration

By registering for the “Website Development with AI” workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.

2. Payment & Cancellation

Payment must be made at the time of registration. We offer a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the workshop date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

3. Workshop Content

The workshop covers practical hands-on training in website development using AI tools. Content may be subject to change at the discretion of the trainer. Participants will receive access to all workshop materials for lifetime reference.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

Arrive on time with a functioning laptop
Bring necessary cables and adapters
Participate respectfully and actively
Follow all venue rules and guidelines

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Inter Smart. Participants may use these materials for personal learning only and cannot redistribute or sell them without permission.

6. Liability

Participants attend the workshop at their own risk. Inter Smart is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the workshop. Participants assume full responsibility for their laptops and devices.

7. Recording & Photography

The workshop may be recorded for educational purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded and your content being used in workshop materials and promotional materials.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration is used only for workshop management and communication. We will not share your data with third parties without consent.

9. Conduct & Behavior

All participants must maintain professional and respectful conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Inter Smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from workshop participation or use of materials provided.

11. Modifications

Inter Smart reserves the right to modify workshop details, schedule, or venue with reasonable notice to participants. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the workshop may be rescheduled or conducted online.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and Inter Smart regarding workshop participation.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
