Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Workshop Enrollment

By enrolling in the hands-on AI Workshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Enrollment is strictly limited by venue capacity and subject to seat availability.

2. Date, Time & Venue

Date: Saturday, 22 August 2026

Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST (4 Hours Duration)

Venue: InterSmart, MG Road, Kochi, Kerala

Participants are requested to report to the venue 15 minutes prior to the start time (9:45 AM) for check-in and seat allocation.

3. Workshop Format & Agenda

This is an intensive, in-person hands-on training workshop covering practical website development and AI tools:

• AI Fundamentals & LLMs: Hands-on introduction to Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
• AI Website Building: Live practical session building websites using AI coding assistants and modern web stacks.
• Automation & Workflow Tools: Setting up n8n automations, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and developer workflows.
• Career & Freelance Applications: Live project building and deployment strategies.

4. Hardware & Software Requirements

To participate in the practical exercises, participants must bring:

• A laptop (Windows, Mac, or Linux) with power adapter.
• A modern web browser (Google Chrome, Brave, or Firefox) installed and updated.

High-speed Wi-Fi access will be provided at the InterSmart MG Road venue.

5. Payment & Seat Reservation

Seat reservations are confirmed only upon successful registration and payment (if applicable).

Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the workshop date (before 15 August 2026).

Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable due to limited venue seating.

6. Venue Rules & Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at the InterSmart Kochi venue:

• Respect venue facilities, equipment, staff, and fellow attendees.
• Keep personal items secure; InterSmart Edutech is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Follow safety guidelines and trainer instructions throughout the session.

7. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All workshop code samples, templates, exercise repositories, and presentations provided are the intellectual property of InterSmart Edutech.

Materials are supplied for personal learning and career development. Commercial resale or unauthorized distribution of course source code is prohibited.

8. Photography & Media

Photographs and event video highlights may be taken during the workshop at InterSmart MG Road for promotional and educational purposes.

By attending, you consent to inclusion in group photos and event coverage unless you explicitly notify event organizers upon check-in.

9. Limitation of Liability

InterSmart Edutech shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss, personal device malfunction, or travel delays affecting attendance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India, subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi.
